Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM or any UPI app) or choose Cash on Delivery.
How do I pay by UPI?
Select “Pay by UPI” at checkout. On the next screen, scan the QR code (or tap Pay Now on mobile), complete the payment in your UPI app and enter the 12-digit UPI transaction ID (UTR). We verify the payment and confirm your order.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and usually delivered in 3–7 working days across India.
How much is shipping?
Flat ₹60 per order. Shipping is FREE on orders above ₹999.
What if my candle arrives broken?
Please record an unboxing video and message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a free replacement for any item damaged in transit.
How do I make my candle last longer?
Let the first burn melt the wax to the edges (2–3 hours), trim the wick to 5 mm before each use and keep the candle away from drafts.
Do you take bulk or corporate orders?
Yes! Return gifts, wedding favours, Diwali hampers and custom-label candles. Message us on WhatsApp for bulk pricing.
